HELP AAF COLLECT DATA ON POLICE RESPONSE TO HUNT-RELATED CALLS
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO DO:
The police are often called by sabs or monitors during a hunt. Sometimes we are disappointed and sometimes outraged. Sometimes, we are pleased. But to take action, we need data. We would like you to fill in a simple form (click below) about your call to the police. Takes 5 mins.
The most important thing is the log number – when you call the police, please ask for the log number FIRST and write it down.
Click here – save form to “Docs” on your phone (or equivalent), fill it in and email it to us.
Send the form to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can also download the form, print it, fill it in, take a photo of it and email it to us.
***we are working on an online form for you to complete, coming in the next few days***
WHY THIS MATTERS
ENFORCEMENT is extremely important when it comes to hunting, so we at AAF want to collect data on police response to hunt-related calls – good and bad. If we want to make a case, we need data. Police forces are unable to provide any data about hunt related calls because of the way they log them – there is no “hunt code” for them to use. So we need to collect it ourselves. The form is easy and quick to complete. You can fill it in on your phone (see above), print it out, or phone it in (coming soon). Sending them to us is easy – just take a photo and send it via messenger on our FB page, or email it to email@example.com.
The form is confidential – we are after the statistics.
However, if you’d like AAF to take action by bringing what has happened to the attention of the public (that’s our job), just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to support you.
***Coming soon*** phone number to call – we’ll fill the form in over the phone. Also ***coming soon*** is an on line version you can complete on your phone and submit.
