Broken Law - How the Hunting Act Failed in Practice
The Hunting Act 2004 is on the brink of being scrapped or amended. It has not achieved its primary objective of preventing suffering of wild mammals by eliminating hunting with dogs for sport. New legislation must be rigorous, enforceable, and practical. To help those working on changing the laws, we plan to publish a report detailing recent case studies showing specific failures of the Hunting Act. This is your opportunity to have a say.
